Lower-Middle Market Leveraged Buyouts
• $3-$10 million of EBITDA
• Experienced management
• Near term growth drivers including capacity expansion and tuck-in acquisitions
Minority Investments in Private and Public Companies
• $4 million or more of Adjusted EBITDA
• Ability to allow selling shareholders to take some money off of the table or provide capital for growth
• We require negative covenants for major corporate decisions
• Investments may take the form of common equity, preferred equity, debt and warrants, or any combination.
Companies in Transition
• Companies with earnings that have experienced a significant earnings decline
• History of achieving $4-$8 million in EBITDA
• Financial or operational difficulties including erratic earnings
• Overleveraged balance sheet
• Contrarian situations
